1. Contact received - Whether it's a phone call or completion of a form I will review the information and contact you to arrange another call to continue the process.

 

2.  After we have discussed the project, I will then ask to visit your property to assess the dimensions of the space to help with calculate a competitive quote.

3. After completing the site visit I will then provide you with a no obligation quote.

4. If the quote is accepted I will then reach out to you to arrange a date for the service to start.

​

5. On the agreed start date, I will arrive prepared to take on your project as efficiently as possible.

6. Once the project is completed I will then provide you with an invoice for the works, any amendments to the agreed quote will be discussed at the time of occurrence so you won't be caught after post completion.
